IIFL Finance’s consolidated net profit jumps over two-fold in Q2

IIFL Finance has reported results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Q2FY27).

The company has reported near three-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 548.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 210.72 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 47.94% at Rs 2,614.33 crore for Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 1,767.11 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported over two-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 766.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 376.33 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 28.38% at Rs 4,248.21 crore for Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 3,309.16 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
