Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SPEL Semiconductor has informed that the Company has received a formal resignation letter from Ramanujam Venkatesh, (DIN: 07242631), Independent Director of the Company tendering his resignation from the Board of Directors of SPEL Semiconductor with effect from October 16, 2026, due to personal reasons. Consequent to his resignation from the Board, Ramanujam Venkatesh, Independent Director shall also cease to be the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on October 16, 2026. The relevant details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in the enclosed Annexure A.
