Jayprakash Labhshankar Raval also ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effective from the closure of business hours of October 17, 2026. Further, subsequent to his resignation as Chief Financial Officer, he ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) under this regulation.
