Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals has informed that the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on October 17, 2026, with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (Clean Max Enviro) and Clean Max Hachi Private Limited (‘Special Purpose Vehicle’ or ‘SPV’), to acquire 26% stake in the captive power generation facility (SPV) from an existing shareholder i.e. Clean Max Enviro, the details of which are enclosed.
