Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to the earlier intimations made by the Company in relation to Judicial Proceedings, Supriya Lifescience has informed that the matter has been admitted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and is listed for hearing. Further, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has, in the interim, directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the Directors/officers/officials of the petitioner, subject to the terms and conditions of the order passed by the Hon’ble Court. The matter is presently pending before the Hon’ble Court and is sub judice. The Company shall continue to monitor the proceedings and shall keep the Stock Exchanges and its shareholders informed of any material developments in the matter as and when received from the Hon’ble Court or otherwise in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
