The copies of the aforesaid Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports issued by S. Bhandari & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants and Oswal Sunil & Company, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company, are enclosed. The Statement of Assets & Liabilities and the Statement of Cash Flow, for the half year ended September 30, 2026, are also enclosed.
