NATCO Pharma through its U.S. subsidiary -- NATCO Pharma USA LLC has launched Carboplatin Injection, a generic version of Paraplatin in the U.S. market. The company has launched this product in manufacturing collaboration with Teyro Labs, based in Chennai. This launch helps address a critical shortage of the product in the U.S. market.
Carboplatin Injection is indicated for the treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma, including first-line combination therapy and palliative treatment of recurrent disease after prior chemotherapy. Carboplatin Injection had estimated sales of $27.8 million in the U.S. for 12 months ending June 2026 as per industry sales data.
