Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Spice Lounge Food Works has informed that TEKsoft Systems, a subsidiary of the company, has secured a large AI development order from Resource Point LLC, Michigan, USA, worth USD 5,250,000 (approx. ?49,64,42,625, based on prevailing exchange rates as of October 2026), for the development of an AI-powered technology platform for the sales and recruitment sector. The project scope covers software development, quality assurance and testing, system integration, deployment and go-live support, leveraging Microsoft technologies, artificial intelligence, automation and third-party API integrations, and is expected to be executed over approximately 24 months, with production go-live targeted by July 2028.
