Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III thereto, Organic Recycling Systems has informed that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (‘MoU’) with Mahanagar Gas (‘MGL’) to explore potential opportunities in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) value chain in Maharashtra and Karnataka. The MoU provides a framework for evaluating potential CBG projects, including feasibility assessments and potential offtake arrangements. The MoU is non-binding in nature, and any future commercial arrangements shall be subject to requisite approvals and execution of definitive agreements, wherever applicable. The details required under Regulation 30 are enclosed as Annexure A.
