Further, in continuation of its earlier letter dated September 28, 2026 under subject ‘Intimation for Closure of Trading Window’ and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relative, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026.
