In furtherance to its letter dated October 17, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Info Edge (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the proposal to declare an Interim Dividend, for the financial year 2026-27 in the meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Friday, November 6, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for receipt of said Interim Dividend. This however is subject to the declaration of the Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on October 28, 2026. As already intimated vide its communication dated September 30, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives effective October 1, 2026 and shall re-open Forty-Eight hours after the declaration of unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2026.
