Further as intimated earlier that in terms of the Company’s ‘Insider Trading Code’ under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnels, Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
