Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores’ wholly owned subsidiary-- Royal Sandur MedTech has forayed into the Medical Devices and Consumables business. The arm has taken land on a long-term lease at the Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), Visakhapatnam, India’s premier medical technology park with common manufacturing facilities and scientific facilities.
The lease deed was executed on October 19, 2026 between Royal Sandur MedTech and Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone, the Government of Andhra Pradesh undertaking that owns and operates AMTZ, for setting up a manufacturing unit at AMTZ. Royal Sandur MedTech has also taken office space at World Trade Center AMTZ to support project development.
Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores is engaged in mining of finest low grade, low phosphorous, manganese and iron ores, facility for production of ferroalloys and management of hydro-electric power generation.
