With reference to the e-mail dated September 30, 2026, regarding the non-compliance identified by BSE under Regulation 60(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, pursuant to which a fine was imposed on the Company, the matter was placed before the Board at its meeting held on October 22, 2026, in accordance with the instructions contained in the said e-mail, Paisalo Digital has informed that the Company has applied for the waiver of fine to BSE vide Case no. 283222, and the decision of the Exchange on the waiver application is currently awaited. The Board has advised the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to follow up on the waiver application and further advised to ensure timely compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements in the future.
