HDFC Asset Management Company has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company vide circular resolutions passed on October 22, 2026, approved the following allotments: (i) 17,908 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each of the Company bearing distinctive numbers from 42,90,73,399 to 42,90,91,306 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of Stock Options by eligible employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2020 of the Company; and (ii) 72 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each of the Company bearing distinctive numbers from 42,90,91,307 to 42,90,91,378 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of Stock Options by eligible employee under Employees Stock Options and Performance-linked Stock Units Scheme -2025 (‘ESOP & PSU Scheme - 2025’) of the Company. Post above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs 2,14,54,56,890 consisting 42,90,91,378 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each.
