Bonfiglioli Transmissions has made a flat debut at Rs 586.00 on the BSE, same as its issue price of Rs 586.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 567.25, down by 18.75 points or 3.20% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs 586.00 and Rs. 527.40 respectively. So far 12.08 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription from October 15, 2026 to October 19, 2026 was subscribed 46.05 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 586.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 558- 586 apiece.
Bonfiglioli Transmissions is engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of and trading in gear boxes and gear motors. It manufactures a wide range of mission-critical and highly precision engineered gear motors, gearboxes and drive systems used across diverse end-user markets.
