Titagarh Rail Systems has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 29th day of October 2026, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026. In furtherance to intimation letter dated 26th September, 2026 and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company already closed for the designated persons since 1st October, 2026, and the same shall remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
