Melstar Information Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Melstarr Aviations Tech has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB), Government of Andhra Pradesh, on October 23, 2026, for facilitating the establishment of a maintenance training organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
The proposed project envisages an investment of around Rs 20 crore at Orvakal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, with a proposed land requirement of 5 acres. The project is expected to generate around 25 direct employment opportunities and 25 indirect employment opportunities in auxiliary industries. The MoU is non-binding in nature and is intended to facilitate cooperation between the parties for the proposed project. The actual allotment of land, incentives and other benefits from the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall be subject to the prescribed process, applicable government policies, rules and regulations, and requisite approvals.
