Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Fusion Klassroom Edutech has informed that the Company has received and accepted a work order dated 26th October 2026 from a domestic company based in Lucknow for Educational Content Licensing and Content Development. The engagement comprises licensing of e-notes, e-books and e-learning content, together with content development across educational, skill-development and vocational courses. The work order has an indicative value of approximately ?9.10 crore, excluding GST. The material particulars are provided in Annexure A. With respect to the above, the information pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026, as amended from time to time, is annexed.
