Krishanveer Forge has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026; and other matters with permission of the Chair. Further, vide letter dated September 24, 2026, the Company had intimated that the trading window will remain closed from October 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window shall remain closed until November 02, 2026, being 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026, as mentioned above. The trading window shall open on November 03, 2026.
