Further to the Corporate Announcement made by the Company on September 30, 2026, informing the Stock Exchange that the Company had, through its advocates, issued a Notice under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, to Afcons Infrastructure, for an amount of Rs.3,04,59,761.44 plus interest totalling to Rs.3,16,20,074.44. As an update, Garware Offshore Services has informed that the Company has arrived at a settlement with Afcons Infrastructure for an aggregate amount of Rs.2,92,86,221.56 (Net of Tax) towards full and final settlement of dues.
