Radico Khaitan has informed that the Board of Directors of Radico Khaitan Limited (“Company”) at its meeting held today i.e. October 27, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 (“Financial Results”) upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee at its meeting held earlier today. Further, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, have carried out a limited review of the Financial Results and issued their respective Limited Review Reports, which have also been taken on record by the Board of Directors. The Financial Results, together with the respective Limited Review Reports, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1:00 P.M. and concluded at 1:55 P.M.
