MPS has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of MPS is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 03 November 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026, and to take on record the limited review reports thereon issued by the statutory auditors of the Company. Further, as intimated earlier vide our intimation letter dated 25 September 2026 and pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed till Thursday, 05 November 2026 and will re-open on Friday, 06 November 2026, unless communicated otherwise.
