Steamhouse India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Government of Haryana, to explore industrial infrastructure opportunities involving a proposed investment of Rs 500 crore in the state. Signed on October 27, 2026, the MoU provides a framework for cooperation and government facilitation to evaluate potential opportunities, including community boiler infrastructure for industrial clusters.
Community boiler systems generate steam at a centralized facility and distribute it to multiple industrial consumers through a dedicated pipeline network. Compared with individual boiler installations, this model can facilitate centralized pollution-control measures, coordinated fuel management and emissions monitoring, subject to technology selection and operational compliance.
Steamhouse India provides industrial consumable steam through a network of pipelines, eliminating the need for individual boilers in industries. The Company employs advanced technology for monitoring steam quality, pressure, and temperature to ensure optimal performance.
