eClerx Services has received approval for acquisition of approximately 2% equity shareholding in Personiv Eclipse Inc., USA, a step-down subsidiary of the Company, from eClerx LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Post acquisition, the company will hold approximately 2% equity shareholding in Personiv Eclipse Inc. directly and approximately 98% through eClerx LLC, with no change in the company’s aggregate ownership. The proposed acquisition is intended to provide funds to eClerx LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, to meet its working capital requirements. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on October 28, 2026, inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
