Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part B of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, OnMobile Global has informed that the Company has entered into a Distribution Agreement with Savex Technologies on 28th October 2026 for the distribution of the Company's ONMO+ Smart Console, its gaming hardware with bundled digital services, in India through authorised large format retail, regional retail, e-commerce and quick-commerce channels on a stock-and-sale basis. This arrangement extends the availability of the Company’s ONMO+ Smart Console from its existing online presence to organised retail and marketplace channels across India through a large and established national distributor of technology and consumer electronics products. The details required pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.
