Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transgene Biotek has informed that Eswara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 000816S), Statutory Auditors of the Company, have tendered their resignation vide letter dated 28th October, 2026, resigning from the office of Statutory Auditors of the Company with immediate effect. As stated in their resignation letter, the reason for resignation is ‘pre-occupation in other assignments’, due to which they are not in a position to devote sufficient time to the affairs of the Company. A copy of the resignation letter received from Eswara Rao & Co. signed by partner Karra Pranavi (Membership No.232994), is enclosed. The Company will take necessary steps for appointment of a new Statutory Auditor in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations.
