FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 29 data: NSDL

29 Oct 2026 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19096.46 crore against gross selling of Rs 16971.98 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2124.48 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2906.76 crore with gross sales of Rs 1737.88 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1168.88 crore in debt.

Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 1511.76 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 449.56 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 792.44 crore.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12.07 crore against gross selling of Rs 58.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 46.20 crore in hybrid segment.
