Cargosol Logistics has informed that Mohammed Saifi (DIN: 07722850), Independent Directors of Cargosol Logistics have tendered his resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 16 October 2026. The resignation have been tendered by the aforesaid Director due to personal and professional commitments. The Director have confirmed that there is no other material reasons for the resignation other than those stated above. The Company places on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution, guidance and services rendered by Mohammed Saifi during their respective tenures as Independent Director of the Company. The details of the resignation of Independent Directors, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure - A. Copy of the letter of resignation received from Mohammed Saifi are annexed, wherein the reasons for their respective resignations are stated.
