In continuation of intimation of Board meeting dated Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Intellect Design Arena has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has considered and approved the Unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company as set out in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, together with Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon, based on the thereon, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The Statutory Auditors have issued the Limited Review Report with an unmodified opinion. The said Financial Results, along with the Limited Review Report are enclosed as Annexure I.
