Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and with reference to earlier communications dated September 24, 2026 and October 07, 2026, VEDAVAAG Systems has informed that Vedavaag Financial Insurance Broking Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (WOS), has received the Certificate of Registration on October 29, 2026, from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) to act as a Direct (Life and General) Insurance Broker. The WOS has been granted Registration No. 1198 by IRDAI, authorising it to undertake insurance broking activities in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Insurance Act, 1938, and the regulations framed thereunder.
