Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 (‘said results’). The ‘Trading window’ shall remain closed until 48 hours from the declaration of the said results for dealing in securities of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives.
