Shyam Metalics and Energy has informed that the Board of Directors of Shyam Metalics and Energy (the Company) at its meeting held today, 31st October, 2026 considered and approved; The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee along with Limited Review Report as issued by MSKA & Associates LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The same is enclosed as Annexure-C. A copy of the said results together with the Limited Review Report for Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026 are enclosed. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.shyammetalics.com; Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of Members of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company, has during their meeting given in-principle approval to the proposal for the induction of Debashis Prasad Pattanaik as a nominee director (representing LIC) on the board of the company subject to allotment of DIN and requisite formalities under the Companies act and other regulatory requirements. The Director being proposed is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The requisite disclosure pursuant to Part A Para A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and in terms of SEBI Master circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure A.
