Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with the circulars issued thereunder, and further to its earlier disclosures on the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work No. 1 with SpaceX International, Labuan, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has informed that SpaceX International has issued a Certificate of Services Rendered and Acceptance (SpaceX-Blue 2026, dated 30 October 2026) for the services delivered by Blue Cloud Softech Solutions - USA, the Company’s US branch (‘Blue Cloud USA’), in October 2026. An invoice (SpaceX invoices-2610) dated 30 October 2026 for US$10,000,000 (approximately ?95 crore) has been raised against the deliverables accepted for the month. The services are being delivered through PT SUHANA TT, a subsidiary of Blue Cloud USA in Indonesia.
