Jupiter Wagons has informed that the Company has received Letter of Intent (LOI) from GATX India Private Limited, for manufacture and supply of 10 rakes of ACT2 wagons, with an aggregate order value of INR 215 crore (inclusive of taxes). Further, the Company has also received an order from Chetak International , for manufacture and supply of 5 rakes of ACT2 wagons, with an aggregate order value of INR 110 crore In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed a copy of the Press Release, to be issued by the Company.
