Pursuant to Regulation 30(7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to communication dated July 30, 2026, in connection with the notice received on July 29, 2026 (‘Notice’) issued by the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (‘NPPA’) for alleged overcharging under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 (‘DPCO, 2013’) in relation to Symbicort Turbuhaler 160/4.5 (Inhaler), AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, vide its order dated October 29, 2026 (‘Order’), has directed that no coercive steps be taken by NPPA in this matter, until the next date of hearing, listed on January 11, 2027.
