Arvind Fashions has received approval to acquire 2,500 equity shares of Arvind Global Capability Center (Arvind GCC), constituting 25% of its paid-up equity share capital. The objective of the acquisition is to provide centralized business support and shared services to group entities, including finance, technology, human resources, procurement, analytics, compliance and other enterprise support functions. The acquisition is to be completed by November 30, 2026.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on November 02, 2026, has approved the same.
