Gujarat Inject (Kerala) has entered into two separate Lease Agreements for taking two separate premises on lease at Metro Industrial Park, Village Moraiya, Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for its business operations. Both Lease Agreements contain identical terms and conditions, with the only difference being the respective plot/shed numbers of the premises leased to the Company. Each lease has a tenure of 5 years, with an interest-free, refundable security deposit of Rs 1.55 lakh. The agreements also include a lock-in period of 2 years for the lessee.

Gujarat Inject (Kerala) is undergoing a strategic transformation with an increasing focus on renewable energy and solar solutions. The company has expanded its presence in Solar PV Modules and related clean energy businesses.
