Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shivom Investment & Consultancy has informed that the shareholders of Shivom Investment & Consultancy have approved the change in the name of the Company from Shivom Investments & Consultancy Limited to Prarambh Industries Limited at their meeting held on December 30, 2025 and in consequent upon the completion of the requisite statutory formalities, the Registrar of Companies/ Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 02, 2026, recording the change in the name of the Company from Shivom Investments & Consultancy Limited to Prarambh Industries Limited. Accordingly, with effect from November 02, 2026, the name of the Company stands changed to: Prarambh Industries Limited. A copy of the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies evidencing the change in name of the Company is enclosed for records. The change in the name of the Company does not affect its legal status, identity or continuity, and all other existing contracts, agreements, licences, registrations documents entered into by or issued in favour of the Company shall continue to remain valid and binding under its new name, subject to applicable laws.
