In furtherance to its letter dated September 7, 2026, intimating the receipt of a letter from Power Grid Corporation of India (‘Power Grid’) regarding GE Vernova T&D India (‘the Company’) qualifying as the L1 bidder for the design and establishment of a 6000 MW, ±800 kV High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) LCC Terminal Station (2x3000 MW) for the evacuation of renewable power from Barmer II to South Kalamb. In this regard, GE Vernova T&D has further informed that the Company has received Letter of Award dated November 3, 2026 from Power Grid in respect of the above-mentioned bid. The Company and Power Grid shall execute the definitive agreement in due course. This disclosure is being made in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
