Further in accordance with Company’s ‘Code of Practices & Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’ for prohibition of Insider Trading in securities, the Company had intimated the Board Members and Designated Persons regarding closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company from 1st October 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of publication of the said Financial Results.
