BSE reports 45% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

BSE has reported results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Q2FY27).

The company has reported 50.34% jump in its net profit at Rs 773.36 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 514.41 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 39.10% at Rs 1,494.41 crore for Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 1,074.36 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 44.90% rise in its net profit at Rs 809.15 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 558.43 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 36.07% at Rs 1,550.54 crore for Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 1,139.53 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
