Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), LG Electronics India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, November 05, 2026, has considered and approved the alteration of the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company by insertion of a new Sub-clause 7 under the Main Objects of Clause III(A), to enable the Company to undertake the Vehicle Solutions Business, as detailed in the proposed Postal Ballot Notice, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot.
