Techtran Polylenses’ will now be incorporating wholly owned Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC). The company’s board of directors in the meeting held on June 08, 2011 approved the same. However, the board in the same meeting also approved the scheme of amalgamation of Hemarus Therapeutics with the company. The share exchange ratio fixed for the amalgamation is 1:14, i.e. for every 1 share of Hemarus Therapeutics, 14 shares of Techtran Polylenses will be allotted.
