Virinchi Technologies has received an approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) to deliver quality health care to end users on an asset-heavy model connecting the whole ecosystem including Hospital Doctors, Para-medics, Medical & Imaging Equipment, pharmacists and patients on a robust IT back bone. The proposed subsidiary shall provide business solutions using IT as its back bone as against just IT solutions. The board of directors at its meeting held on December 04, 2013 has approved for the same.

Virinchi Technologies is a software products and services provider in the Retail Micro Lending Industry, with a strong software product portfolio for the deferred presentment financial services industry in the US and UK markets.
