Virinchi Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on December 04, 2013, approved to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary to deliver quality health care to end users on an asset-heavy model connecting the whole ecosystem including Hospital Doctors, Para-medics, Medical & Imaging Equipment, pharmacists and patients on a robust IT back bone. The proposed subsidiary shall provide business solutions using IT as its back bone as against just IT solutions.
