Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius has sold around 3.80 lakh shares of Strides Arcolab in an open market transaction. The foreign fund house has sold a total of 380,748 shares at an average price of Rs 876.84 a piece valuing the transaction to Rs 33.38 crore.
As on quarter ending September 2013, Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius held 33.91 lakh shares of Strides Arcolab representing 5.73% stake in the company.
Strides Arcolab is a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Bangalore, India that develops and manufactures wide range of IP-lead niche pharmaceutical products with an emphasis on sterile injectables.
