Granules India, a fast growing pharmaceutical manufacturer has received the shareholders approval for the proposed acquisition of Auctus Pharma, a manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). The company has earlier on November 5, 2013 signed a definite agreement for the acquisition of Auctus Pharma.
The board was also authorized to mortgage/charge assets of the company for an amount not exceeding Rs 750 crore.
