Brand Realty Services has received its board's approval to invest in Ecopulse Infra (a company under incorporation at Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi & Haryana) for acquiring up to a maximum of 51% equity shares within an overall investment limit of Rs 50 lakh. The board at its meeting held on December 10, 2013 has approved for the same.
