Premier Explosives has inaugurated new propellant production facilities on December 15, 2013 at the company’s Peddakandukuru factory in Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh. The new facilities include raw material processing, curing and decoring plants in the company’s solid propellants division.
These new facilities, to be commercially operated in the coming weeks, will help the company in augmenting its production capacity for tactical missile fuel, which it has already been supplying regularly to Bharat Dynamics and various projects of DRDL.
Premier Explosives is one of the major companies manufacturing the entire range of explosives and accessories for the civil requirement. The company is the first manufacturer in India to deploy totally indigenous technology.
